Players must have a Handicap Index of 25.8 or more at time of draw

WHS 2024 Rules of Handicapping:

• Course Handicap = (Handicap Index x Slope Rating ÷ 113) + (Course Rating - Par)
• Playing Handicap = 100% of unrounded Course Handicap rounded to nearest integer
